By accessing and using Selllps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Selllps is a web application that helps Discogs marketplace sellers manage their inventory, orders, and sales. The service connects to your Discogs account via OAuth and provides tools for listing management and analytics.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have a valid Discogs account to connect
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent purposes
• Violate Discogs' terms of service

Subscription and Payments

Selllps offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Selllps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We securely store your Discogs OAuth credentials and use them only to provide the service you've requested.

Limitation of Liability

Selllps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in your Discogs marketplace transactions. You are solely responsible for your Discogs seller activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
